If you use threatening behaviour summary 6 months
Or if disorderly conduct (which I think you again have to use threatening behaviour) a fine not exceeding level 3 (whatever that is).
But if you commit another offence whilst stalking other things would apply.
Worringly it doesn't really seem that much....

DG have you been plagiarising? The joker/Matthew King comparison was made on 7th April on Digital Spy......... I'm going to have to concede on this one I think in the face of overwhelming opinion... However as long as he remains single I will have to idolise him now that the stud muffin of my dreams has admitted to being married (see the Laurel and Ashley Forever forum for further details - I am too upset to retype my devastation here ) |
