Yeah right thats because Chas and Carl are back together lol, Am going to try to start another now but I dont know how much i'll get done so it may not be up till tommorow last night it took hours last night lol. so am a little tired lol.

Boxing Day

After being in bed since very early on Christmas day, Chas was the first awake it was only 6.30 am but as she promised Carl she would take it easy she thought she would just lie in bed and wait until Carl woke, She lay looking at her new ring and thinking how privileged she felt to have someone who loved her so much,As she looked at him sleeping she laughed at him as things went through her mind, You can be such an idiot at times she thought you get yourself in so much trouble for no reason, then other times you are so level headed its un believable she smiled, I just wished I knew witch one I was waking upto in the morning, but whatever the mood you are in its always for the right reasons.Who would have thought you would have made such a good father she thought, still looking at him sleeping.tears started appearing in her eyes at how in love she felt , Chas started to think back at the time in the pub when Carl was so nasty to her in front of all the the regulars how embarrassed she felt at that time she was so sure she would never speak to Carl King again , But she also knew she would never ever be happy with anyone else as she knew she would always love him, She remembered how she tried to make him jealous and she laughed as she thought you deserved that you were a pig , Her smile soon vanished as she thought of the torment he must have been going through at that time, you poor thing Chas thought no wounder you wanted to kill Eli watching us kiss must have been horrible, The happy tear in her eye was soon mixed with sad ones, But then she started thinking here and now ,apart from her being ill he looked so happy so content with the kids Yes it was hard but she knew Carl loved being a dad he always seemed to give them good advise, Yes sometimes he needed telling that he was doing things wrong but he always seemed to realise and get it right,
Chas was lying there just thinking things through when their alarm clock went off.as she looked up she realised it was 8am Wow she thought Ive been lying here an hour and a half, Carl woke with the alarm ,Morning Chas said,arrrrrrrr Carl mouthed stretching , why the alarm Chas asked , Dunno erm Carl turned over and started nodding off again, Chas started laughing at him, Harrrrrrr I know why now,we need to get up, Come on we have somewhere to go,Carl said I got your clothes ready and Scarlet stayed so she can watch the kids, so where we going Chas asked Hotton Carl replied, Why what for Chas asked nothing is open Chas replied.Just get dressed and I will explain Carl said, I'M going for a shower or do you want one first, well yeah Chas said if I'm going out , OK Carl said you go first just leave the door open, Chas went for a shower.
Right Chas said, you said would tell me when we where ready where we where going, So I did Carl replied wait there I have to go and fetch something, a couple of minutes later Carl emerged with a small box , here you go you had better wrap Aaron's present up, we are going to pick him up he is staying for a few days , Chas Was shocked she just looked at Carl and opened the box to reveal a mans gold bracelet , Chas was shocked , I cant give him this Chas said I have never been able to buy him anything like this before , Well you can now and if my kids are worth it so are yours now shut up get it wrapped he is expecting us at 10.30 so come on, Carl I promise I will pay you back Chas replied, Chas Carl replied he is family now just like I hope you see Thomas and Anya to you so we have to do things together, or didn't you mean it when you said you would marry me, of coarse I did Chas said , Well get it wrapped and shut up,
In the car Chas sat for a while thinking why would Carl suddenly do this for Aaron they wasn't even close in fact the last time they met Aaron tried to split hem up so why all this now Chas was somewhat baffled By Carl's behavior and she wanted to know why he was so interested in Aaron all of a sudden . Carl can you stop the Car a minute I need to talk , Carl stopped, What , what is it, I need to know why your doing all this don't you think you have enough to worry about with your own kids, Look Chas Carl replied you were ill so I knew you never had him a present so I picked one up for you, I'm sorry didn't you like me doing that, of coarse I did Chas replied its nice to have something nice to give him for once, but I know Aaron he will probably be horrible to you and that will hurt mad after what you have done. Look I spoke to Aaron on the phone last night they know you have been ill and to be honest they all seemed genuinely worried for you even Gorden and Sandra, So there is no need to worry, And if you want to know why , Well I will tell you shall I , I sat in that Hospital ashamed of myself I wasn't even your husband Just your boyfriend your dad visited you drunk Zak and Lisa came once , I was all you had , but I also knew that was a lie Chas because you have Aaron and he should have been there,But I was that annoyed with the rest of your family I wouldn't have been able to keep my mouth shut if he had rejected you so I vowed since I have made amends with my kids when you get out I'm going to make sure you do the same thats all I'M sorry if you want to turn back you can but he is expecting us, Carl waited for Chas to Answer, Chas just sat there just thinking how mature Carl had seemed lately, so whats it to be Carl continued, Carry on Chas replied.

Carl pulled up outside Aaron's house, he could see the anguish on Chas's face she seemed so worried , You OK Carl asked, dunno Chas replied I haven't seen him for nearly two years he as always refused to see me since the last time , look Carl replied he is nearly 16 now he might just want to get to know you a bit better, DO you really think so Chas replied ,
Carl got out the car he could see that Chas was still unsure so he just slipped his arm around her waist as the walked up the path to Aaron's house . Carl knocked on the door as he still held on to Chas, The door opened and Gorden was standing behind it Carl reached out his left arm while still holding Chas with his right, Carl King he said as Gorden shook hands with him , yes you had better come in, Chas and Carl walked in the house to the living room it was quite a small room but very warm looking and extremely cozy,
Chas noticed Aaron sitting on the settee he looked smart like he had made an effort she was shocked at how old he looked ,
Hello Aaron how are you Chas asked, OK Aaron answered nervously , I believe you have been Ill , Gorden said trying to make the atmosphere a little better for them both, How are you feeling now he continued, Oh fine Chas replied ,
Chas AND Carl sat down Chas sat next to Aaron on the settee.I'm looking forward to spending some time with you Chas said nervously . Yes me to Aaron replied just as nervous,
After tea and biscuits everyone started to relax a little and Chas and Aaron started to talk a bit more , Carl thought he seemed like a nice lad and Chas was glad that Carl had made the effort to contact him she must thank him later she thought.
Well we must make a move Carl said , I have left the kids with my sister, I said we would not be long Carl continued, As Carl stood up Chas and Aaron stood up to . Aaron picked up a holdall from the corner of the room, Come on then mum , Aaron said oh sorry he continued and dad, Chas froze why had he said that she starred at him in shock, well come on he continued I have a new family to meet don't I, Chas stood glued to the spot thinking Aaron was being sarcastic, Carl however sensed it differently , oooooh Carl replied we have a joker lets see how good you are when little brother beets you on fiffa, oh yeah Aaron replied well when I have battered daddy Ill show him who's the best,we'll see Carl replied as they walked out the door, Hey Gorden shouted after Aaron none of your cheek, Yeah what ever Aaron replied as he walked to the car with Carl, Chas stayed at the door for a moment to say her goodbyes, Thanks she said to Gorden, don't thank me Gorden replied Aaron has wanted to see you for a while but he wanted you to get in touch, am sorry Chas replied , Gorden smiled at Chas, am glad your feeling better he said as he hugged Chas as she was saying good bye.
As Chas was walking down the path she was wondering what on earth Carl had said to them on the phone to make them see her this way , they where all so nice to her , as she was waving good bye to Gorden and Sandra she looked at Carl and she knew , he could charm anyone she laughed to herself at the thought of the things he might of said to them on the phone the day before so as hey would encourage Aaron to stay with them , Also the fact that he had seemed to have Aaron on his side already, what a charmer she thought.
Carl and Aaron was having a little banter all the way back to home farm, you two are getting on well Chas said , whats up you jealous Carl asked jokingly, no Chas replied its a nice surprise to see you two getting on.Carl suddenly looked a Little worried whats up Chas asked,well its Thomas he replied, he misses his mum , Carl stopped the car and turned to Aaron, look I think he might get a bit jealous of you he has been through a bad time lately, so if he acts up don't let it get to you he is just a little insecure at the moment,OK Aaron replied I know what that feels like he replied ,he could not help but give his mum a quick glance as the car started again and Carl said thanks Chas looked back at Aaron and could not help but feel proud at the nice young man Aaron had become She hoped it wasn't all an act and every think would be fine but she could not help but worry as in the past Aaron had only wanted to cause trouble for Chas , As she was worried about that Carl was also worried he just knew Thomas would not want to share his dad.

Back at Home Farm .

When they arrived back it was around 12.30 and everyone was up except of course Anya, who was still in bed ,Thomas was playing on his play station , and scarlet was making him some lunch , Jimmy and Matt Where going over some paper work that had to be finished before the new year , there was still some games not put away from the day before of Thomas and Anya's .And the noise from Thomas's game was echoing all around Home Farm , much to Matt's annoyance, Carl could sense Matt's mood and quickly told Thomas off , he never wanted to get on the wrong side of Matt as it had took him a while to convince Matt the day before to let them have Aaron over for a few days Thomas was not impressed and huffed and puffed as he turned the t.v. down.
Where is Anya Carl asked scarlet while pinching a sausage out of the frying pan, hey scarlet said thats Thomas'lunch and she is in bed. she said as she noticed Chas and Aaron standing behind him ,Oh is she now, well its about time she was up but first let me introduce you to Aaron , Hi scarlet said shyly Aaron just nodded shyly back at Scarlet, this is my sister Scarlet who makes lovely sausages by the way, you should try them sometime Carl continued, Scarlet smiled at Aaron then offered him a sausage sandwich , no thanks Aaron said I have eaten, would you like one Chas scarlet asked , No Chas replied its OK Ican see your busy I can wait , Yeah Carl replied I have to make Anya something any way , I just cant believe how long she sleeps sometimes he said to Chas , I'll just go and get her up, But first go in and sit with Thomas Carl said to Aaron have him a game of what ever he is playing. OK Chas said leading Aaron into Thomas while Carl went upstairs to get Anya out of bed.
Hey lazy bones Carl said popping his head around Anya's room door, Anya was sitting up playing with her Barbie dolls, daddy daddy daddy Anya shouted when she saw him putting her arms out so she could jump straight at him , Carl couldn't believe how much Anya had come on lately it was not that long ago when she barely spoke to him now she acted like he was her favorite person in the whole world and Carl was just loving every minute with her.Hello my little princess Carl replied catching her in his arms , you know you really should be up with everyone else don't you, yes Anya said but when I woke you had gone out with Chas and you always get me up so I waited for you. mmmmmmm Carl replied I think we need to sort out a time for you to get out of bed of a morning Carl replied come on lets get down with every one else. OK Anya said can I have a piggy back then down the stairs, Come on then I have some one for you to meet any way.
Carl walked in the living room, where Thomas and Aaron where playing on the play station , although they where playing together they had not spoke a word to each other and Chas was glad Carl had returned as she felt very tense, still with Anya on his back Carl said hello this is our little lazy bones she likes sleeping all day her name is Anya, Anya this is Aron this is Chas's son , say hello to Aaron Carl said plonking Anya on the couch next to Chas , Is he your baby like me and Thomas are daddies Anya asked Chas , Yes Chas said , is he coming to live here too like me and Thomas Anya continued, no Chas replied just for a few days thats all so we can all get to know each other , Chas said nervously.Right Anya do you want some cereal Carl asked. Yes please daddy Anya replied , Carl walked out to the kitchen calling Chas out with him,
Why haven't you gave Aaron his present Carl asked Chas, I'm waiting for the right time Chas replied I'm a bit nervous ,look Chas Carl said you need to give him it he will think you never got him any think, and we have to tell them we are getting married as well , OK Chas said I will , but to be honest Carl I never got him nothing did I that was of you and to be honest as soon as I give him it he will know that it wasn't me who bought him it so to be honest I dont see the point , why Can't I just give him some money like I normally would give him it seems like your saying I have to give him your gift because it is better than mine , Carl looked at Chas hurt, look he said it took me ages to think what to buy because I thought I was doing you a favor because you were sick , But if you think I was doing it to show you up then forget it dont give him it , Carl was getting annoyed,Here do you want some money instead , how much do you want , 20 quid a tenner , maybe hes only worth a fiver , here you go enough so you can pay me back every penny , Carl said throwing the money at Chas as he walked in with Anya's cereal.

Crap Chas thought as she stood in the kitchen on her own, she was not expecting Carl's reaction and she thought the mood in the living room would be even worse now that Carl had flew of the hangle, she thought she should just go in and pretend like nothing had happened at least in front of Aaron , Chas gathered all Carl's money up and went back in the living room. Carl had sat next to Anya on the couch so Chas sat next to him.
Carl moved over slightly to let Chas in as Anya had took up alot of room with her toys, Come on Anya move your stuff Chas needs a seat, Anya moved her toys and sat on the floor with them.
Here Chas said whispering to Carl putting the money in his hand,
I have money of my own thanks , am not totally dependent on you, you know Chas continued, OK leave it for now Carl replied still whispering.
OK am next Carl said Bagsy playing the winner , And am Liverpool Carl said , Well you will be playing me then Aaron said , No he wont hes playing me your rubbish Thomas replied , Well no-one has scored yet so both of you are rubbish Carl replied, the banter had certainly got the boys on speaking terms and although her and Carl had a small tiff Chas was great full that Carl had started the banter off. they had all been playing for a while when Matt and Jimmy came in from the he parlor where they had been finishing their paperwork off. come on give us a game Jimmy said we can have a tenement Aaron said then we will see who is the real best, Things went well for the rest of the day and they all played until Jimmy and Matt decided they wanted to go out for a drink, you coming down for one Carl ,Matt asked Carl , No Carl replied am staying in tonight , keep an eye on this lot , Am going to make them some tea and then tidy up a bit all these toys are a night mare.
After tea Chas said she would do the washing up, no Carl replied you are supposed to br taking it easy , me and Thomas and Anya will do it , leave you a little time with Aaron , see if he appreciates that fiver Carl whispered sarcastically to Chas as he walked into the kitchen calling Thomas and And Anya with him, Hang on kids Chas called give me a minute with your dad please , The kids walked back in and an annoyed Chas walked out to the kitchen where Carl and Chas where alone.
What is it with you , What Carl replied , am giving him the bracelet OK , you happy now I just don't like pretending am something am not thats all , Well tell me Chas what the hell are you Carl replied a Dingle is that what you are , only the Dingles I know would do any think for money and by he way Carl continued , when you agreed to marry me you agreed to be a King .
They both just paused for a minute and looked at one another, Carl suddenly realised he had hurt Chase's feelings, and felt alittle ashamed of himself .
Come here he said grabbing hold of her round the waste am sorry your right Ive pushed you into all this , its OK you give Aaron what you want to give him Am sure he will appreciate it what ever he gets . Chas had tears in her eyes He had hurt her by calling her family , she knew they wernt perfect she knew he was right but it just felt like he had been rubbing her nose in it lately .
Carl, Chas said , can we please leave my family out of our arguments you always bring them into it lately , OK Carl replied still holding on to her , look go in to Aaron and send Thomas and Anya out to help me, and I honestly dont mind what you decide I promise, OK Chas replied as she walked in the room,
When Chas got in the room with Aaron she suddenly felt awkward around him , she realised at that point given her surroundings a little bit of money would probably not be appropriate as she was actually marrying a millionaire , and she hadn't really seen it that way until now , she laughed to herself at what Gorden might say if Aaron went in and said he got 5 pounds of his millionaire mum for Christmas , She was a Dingle she had been used to struggling she didn't now how to act with money and it was proving hard she never thought she would struggle with money only without it and she wondered weather it would be a better life with it or with out it.Given the fact she still has to watch most of her family struggle.
Aaron Chas said can I have a word, yes mum Aaron replied , erm I haven't had a chance yet but we got you a present for Christmas me and Carl , Chas was feeling nervous , as she handed the small parcel to Aaron , I hope it fits you can get it altered if you like .
Aaron opened the parcel , and a broad smile came across his face its perfect mum thank you Aaron said as he walked over and give his mum a hug and kiss, Chas was elated it was the first kiss she had had of Aaron for years and right then she knew she had made the right decision. Aaron walked in the kitchen to Carl ,Carl Aaron said , thanks for the bracelet its its boss , its ok mate glad you like it, Carl looked up and saw Chas standing in the doorway smiling , she looked back at him and mouthed thank you , Carl just smiled back at her.

Falks I know in Emmerdale Aaron hates his mum but I figured they deserved a little happiness after all this heatche so I change the script a little hope you dont mind.
