I have that map in the 1980's Emmerdale Farm companion. Though I do have to point out that the building pointed out on that map is infact the ruins of Henry Wilks' house Inglewood, which burnt down in the 70's. Home Farm is off the map.

There are occasional subtle references to Connelton Road which is where the farm was located, and there was a picture of the farmhouse on Jack's wall at Annie's Cottage, but that was recently destroyed in the fire.
