I'm not sure if anyone knew this but I recently bought a book called Emmerdale Behind the Scenes and it says that the house on the corner (unmarked on the map) next to the grange is called Oak Lea and has never been used. Built along with other cottages in the new village to introduce new characters.

The only person I recall having ever lived here was Mrs ??l who looked after Gabby a while.

I believe its where Simon & Leslie live. Ashley, Laurel, Gabby & Jasmin are residing there until the vicarage is rebuilt after the fire.

They live next door in Mulberry cottage, the corner house is still empty.

I thought that Oak Lea and Mulberry Cottage had just become one. Nowadays it always looks like just the one house.
