hey shadders!! the avatar is of Charity having a sense of victory!! what happened was remember when Sadie set her up for taking from the petty cash? well she went back to ask for her job back and Tom says "does this mean I'm forgiven?" and she says " It means I need the money, nout else!" - classic line!!!! love it!
