Hi there I,m new to this but must find out if the older lady with the blonde wig is Jenny Tomasin who used to be In upstairs downstairs in the seventies?

I couldn't place her as Ruby so I just checked her name and found out she waas in Emmerdale before as Naomi Tolly in 81-82.
Does anyone know anything about this character she played as I cant place her
