Hi Sadly the Roxy portrait is now a no-go? After an initial enthusiastic reply, Roxy's agent informed me that Roxy is now unable to help the appeal??? Not to worry though. Chris Cittell phoned me this morning and I'm meeting him tomorrow at the studios to get some reference pictures from which to paint. What a professional he is. Regards Chris www.laptopdavinci.com

Say hello, Chris is a smashing bloke nothing like Eric I watched a film over the weekend, it was called To Sir with Love it starred Sidney Poitier, Judy Geeson, Lulu, and a vary young Christopher Chittle, he was only about 14 or 15 years old but you couldn't mistake that little urchin face

Hi I went down to the ITV studios last Monday to meet up with Chris. He is a genuinely funny/nice guy. I've actually finished his portrait 99% I was planning to auction it to raise funds for the Lord Mayor's appeal in Bradford but have a few other celeb items I can donate to them. Does anyone have any good ideas as to a charity perhaps based in leeds which could benefit from the auction of Chris's portrait? Make it more accessible for Emmerdale fans? I'm open to suggestions, it wont be framed and signed for about 12 days. Thanks Chris www.laptopdavinci.com

Hi Chris my suggestion is this: Chris Chittel has obviously put himself out for you, he also has had dealing with dozens of charitys over the years. From what I know of him he would be delighted to advise you of one for this purpose. Give it a go.
