Good idea Ant but a bit too small to be a one-piece WP and too large to be tiled.
A WP really needs to be 800x600 prefeably 1024x768

What photo application you using? Most, including the most basic, come with a re-size tool. Having said that it depends on the quality and/or size of the original as this will affect the end product. If you are using video screen-grabs you are on a loser as they are never good enough. A lot of DVD captures will work though.
