Sorry I have taken AGES,but heres what happens next....
The doorbell rang,a shrill disturbance in an otherwise silent house.Jimmy swallowed. "Will I-will I get that?" Anya said,her voice cracking.
Nobody answered,so she stood up and walked shakily to the door.
As she was doing this,terrible thoughts and images flashed through Matthew and Jimmy's mind.
Being stuck in a prison with convicted rapists,murderers,and God knows what else wasn't really what they had in mind for the rest of their lives.
The door opening brought them to their senses.They heard Anya greeting Barraclough coolly,and Barraclough asking where the King brothers are.
The door facing them began to open.Matthew and Jimmy nodded at eachother,silently agreeing to disagree with anything she said.Barraclough stepped through,followed by Anya,a policeman,and Donna Windsor-Dingle in her uniform,looking eager.
"Well,well well!" Matthew said,holding out his arms in greeting."What a pleasant surprise!I take it you've met my niece,Anya here."
Anya smirked.
Jimmy wondered silently how they managed to look calm and collected as he clasped his sweaty palms together.
