Stuart Wade (Biff) and Tonicha Jeronimo (Linda) will be appearing in Jack & The Beanstalk at York Opera House alongside Lynne McGranger (Irene in Home & Away) from 11th December to 4th January. You can book online at Ticketmaster or by telephone on 0870 606 3595. I know this panto has been popular so book now to avoid disappointment. We should arrange a Board Outting!

Listen moggy, how about a Board meeting down south? It would take me 3 days of hitching to get and arse up to your neck of the woods and anyway, it's cold up there You could come and see Peter Amory in a pair of tights down here ;D And it's by the sea.

300 posts!!!!!!!!!!! I went to see the Biff and Linda panto on Saturday and it was fantastic. Both of them were brilliant. Stuart played Simple Simon and Tonicha was Fairy Peapod (the good fairy). In the programme it said Tonicha had just had another baby so the panto would be her final acting job. I presume she's going to concentrate on family life because it can't be easy travelling round the country in plays when you've got two young children to think about. I think it's really sad that she's giving up because I think she's a great actress, especially since I've seen her in several things since Emmerdale. Why do Emmerdale have to get rid of the best characters, and kill them at that? I think the Glover family were great, especially Dave and Linda and they were both great in real life too. Ooooh the memories...

You are right about the memories Baggy i liked the Glover family as well. Linda and Dave Glover were great characters. At least we can still see Ian Kelsey on Sunday evenings in Down to Earth. and the great thing is it is filmed in my part of the world. Pity i haven't bumped in to him, literally!

Call me old fashioned, but I would much rather Biff and Linda were back in Emmerdale than putting on the tights.

Agreed Bagpuss, emmerdale always kill off the best characters. Biff & Linda were one of the best em couples imho, be great if they asked Biff back, he still owns Betty & Seths cottage doesnt he? I think the Glovers were a great family in the beginning but there was no hope for them after Dave & Linda died, would have liked to see Jan & Ned leave together though. Ooooh yes the memories because those characters were part of emmerdale at a great time storyline wise. I thought Tonicha was a fine actress but what did she go on to star in Bagpuss?
