It was as if Emmerdale's Woolpack had been moved across the Pennines for the night as stars of the Yorkshire soap partied in the city centre at the weekend.
Almost the entire cast of the soap were at new private members club The Island in The Printworks, along with around 150 guests from Yorkshire TV who make the show.
The party was hosted by Emmerdale actors Dan Brocklebank (Ivan ), Dale Meeks (Simon), Richard Shelton (Adam), Jenny Tomasin (Noreen), Julia Mallam (Dawn), Cleveland Campbell (Danny), Sherrie Hewson (Lesley) and Ursula Holden-Gill (Alice) who are all leaving the soap.
Celebrating with them were fellow stars of the ITV1 drama series including Hayley Tamaddon (Del), Mark Charnock (Marlon), Alex Carter (Jamie) and Ben Freeman (Scott).
Upping the glamour stakes on the night were the soap's Emily Symons (Louise) who looked stunning in a little black dress, Jenna Louise Coleman (Jasmine ) in pretty printed summer frock, and Bury-based Charley Webb ( Debbie ) who looked cool and chic in crisp white shirt and jeans.
Charley said: "It's been a great night, and a chance to say farewell to some of our friends, although it's sad to see them leave the show."
Also among the guests was glamorous actress Danielle Henry, who will be reprising her role as Latisha in the soap later this year.
The party was also an exclusive preview of The Island - Manchester's newest private members club, which sits at the top of the recently-opened Pure nightclub.
