Former Emmerdale actor Cleveland Campbell has been cleared of breaking a man's jaw at a party.
Campbell, 30, was alleged to have thrown a punch at the 21st birthday celebrations of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Gemma Atkinson.
The prosecution offered no evidence before the scheduled start of his retrial at Bolton Crown Court.
The court heard previously that CCTV footage proved one of the main witnesses to the alleged assault on electrician Daniel Stables, 21, could not have seen the incident.
Campbell played antiques dealer Danny Daggert in the ITV1 soap.
