SPELLING BEE You can see a picture by going here shewolf.proboards47.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=pictures&thread=1121266711&page=1* NEW ITV1 Network Thursday 14 July 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hosted by Chris Tarrant, Spelling Bee offers stars the chance to win tens of thousands of pounds for their chosen charities in an evening of drama, competitiveness and entertainment. Twelve brave celebrities are split into three teams of four and will battle it out over a series of tantalisingly difficult spelling games until there is just one winning side. Team loyalty is then forgotten as they split up and play as individuals to see just who the best speller is. Only one star can walk away with the jackpot for their charity and with it, the title of Spelling Bee Champion, 2005. The celebrities looking to spell their way to victory are: Trudie Goodwin (Plays Sergeant June Ackland in The Bill), Fiona Phillips (GMTV Presenter), Tara Palmer-Tomkinson (Society Girl), Samantha Bond (Miss Moneypenny in The James Bond films), Wendi Peters (Plays Cilla Brown in Coronation Street), Edwina Currie (Former MP/Politician), Patrick Mower (Plays Rodney Blackstock in Emmerdale), Antony Cotton (Plays Sean Tully in Coronation Street), Tony Slattery (Comedian/Actor), Roger Black (Athlete), Tim Vine (Comedian) and Andrew Castle (GMTV Presenter).

My mother wanted to watch it and unfortunately I didn't fall asleep during it. That American kid was ultra annoying and Patrick Mower wasn't in it very much at all. Glad Sammatha Bond won - Fiona Phillips had decided she was ranked third in her team (out of 4) though it was tough on Tony Slattery who was consistently the best throughout....
