Seems that John Middleton and Charlotte Bellamy will be playing Bing Crosby and Grace Kelly from the scene in "High Society" where they duet on the song "TRUE LOVE"

Well I'm watching it right now and I'm sure they can't be as bad as the bloke who did Lionel Ritchie...... oh no, I may have spoken too soon!

I'm watching too, the sound seemed a bit dodgy on their song to me. You could hardly hear John. Dale and Mark were fantastic last week

I thought it was in the wrong key for John- he was far too low! Charlotte did well, but I think the music arranger didn't select the right pitch for either of them. Therefore, didn't do them justice.

Oh come one.... stop with the excuses..... they were the biggest laugh I've had in ages. I'm not putting them down, it takes guts to do what they did, but they weren't good, they were funny,
10 out of 10 for entertainment....... I haven't laughed like that for ages!

I must admit to feeling slightly embarrassed for John and Charlotte, it didn't gel for me. Don't give up the day job!

That's because they chose the wrong song! Or they were ill-advised by some sadistic musical arrangers!

That's because they chose the wrong song! Or they were ill-advised by some sadistic musical arrangers! I have to disagree there.... it's because they aren't singers and should stick to what they are good at. For me, the only one who could actually carry a tune was the one who won, well done Lee Otway.

That's because they chose the wrong song! Or they were ill-advised by some sadistic musical arrangers! Sorry darling this is utter rubbish, just like their performance. Hard as it is forget the tunless singing, the performance had about as much life in it as a corpse in a coffin, there was not one spark of life in it or them at all, even Adele was better. Overall it was down to Bombhead or Walsh to win and the whole show wasn't as good as last week's.

Thanks for the review Billy. I didn't watch it because I generally hate these things - but did see a few seconds of what looked like the man from the bill who was having an affair with the journalist doing Aha - the sun always shines on tv before I found the remote and turned over. (Though I was poised to change it on the set if the remote hadn't been so tantalisingly close).
I am shocked that Adele was not all that talented. I suppose with all that acting skill we can't be too surprised if her singing is less able. Good that they all looked so like the parts though. If you hadn't put up the names of the singers I would have guessed straight away anyway.
