Carl where have you been, chas your here I thought you have gone when you wasn’t with me when I woke up, awww carl I wouldn’t do that to you come here you silly sod, carl hugged chas tightly and put his head on her shoulder, your not feeling to good are you carl, no no I am fine carl just got abit of headache, haha more like hang over carl haha come chas said leading carl into the kitch to get him some pain killers.
Over at holgate
Miles had just woke up and he felt around his bed and he could feel lexi anywhere so he sat up and she had gone and taken all her stuff with her, great he thought to himself he quite enjoyed his self last night then she did a runner on him this morning after they had had loads of fun in bed once they got home.
Over at home farm
Lexi walked through the door to find matthew at the other side waiting for her, where did you get to last night did you go some where with him because you was meant to be doing something for me and if you was with him I will go round and deal with him, matt just leave it no I wasn’t with him last night I was with miles if you must no, lexi went to walk upstairs to get changed and matthew grabbed her arm lexi you best not ruin anything for me do you hear me, I wont do cos carls back with chas if you must no, lexi said upset as she got away from matthew and run upstairs, you best be at work today lexi to find more information out for me matthew called up after her.
Back at dale view
Carl was feeling abit better now after his coffee and pain killers and he was now making breakfast for chas who was in the shower. Carl had a full English breakfast and sat down at the table waiting for chas who came down and kissing him before tucking into her breakfast thanks for his carl I didn’t no you could cook, well I had to learn didn’t I cos who would trust lexi to cook, they was having a good chuckle with each other and they decided that they was going to go out for the day together as a couple.

Lexi walked through the office where miles was sat at his desk typing away and Donald was sat at carls reading through some paper work, miles glanced up and saw lexi she gave him a smile and he got up and walked out of the office through into the other room, whats up with him lexi asked Donald, o he has been in a mood all morning it could be cos carls not coming into work today, what lexi said surprised at what she had just heard, carl rang in this morning and I said he could have the day off, thrown a sicky has he, no he hasn’t I said he could have the day off to go and have some fun he has been working himself to hard over the last few weeks hope that’s not a problem Donald said has he handed lexi a pile of paper type them up for him please, I am not.. then lexi released that it was her job to do that and she took them from Donald without looking at him. Donald walked through to where miles was looking through the window at the countryside, son what’s up, nothing just thinking about last night that’s all, miles said putting a smile on his face for his dad, nothing for you to worry about dad I will sort it out just need a private word with lexi if you don’t mind, Donald jus nodded and walked through to his private office to leave lexi and miles to talk.
Carl and chas had gone into hotten to do some shopping together, they was sat having coffee because carl needed a rest he wasn’t used to having to do loads of shopping a keeping up with chas was hard from him. Chas I want to ask you something, well go ahead carl you have my full attention, taking hold of chas hand carl said you no I love you don’t you chas, of course I do carl and you no I love you to and I want to be with you all the time, well chas will you move in with me at dale view and we can give this relationship a proper go, chas had a massive smile on her face yes carl yes I would love to, carl lent across the table and gave her a kiss, you no what carl, before carl could answer chas was dragging him up come on pick the bags up carl we need to do more shopping we need to spice your house up abit now I am moving in, carl forced himself to smile, chas noticed smiling she said come on carl do this and I promise I will make it up to you tonight in what will be are bed, carl laughed and agree with chas.

heres abit more to my story its just a carl chas bit hope you enjoy it thanks for all the lovely comments
Carl was fully loaded with bags that he was caring for chas and chas was fully loaded too they had bought loads and they was making there way back to the car when chas walked by a baby shop and she stopped and looked in the window carl carried on walking he hadn’t notice that she had stopped and he was talking away to himself then he realised that she wasn’t with him as she didn’t answer him, he turned around and looked at chas starring in the window of the baby shop, he could tell she wanted something with the way she was looking in the shop window, carl walked over to her and put his chin on her shoulder whats up babe carl whispered in her ear then kissing her on the cheek, nothing nothing at all carl come on lets just go home ye, they walked silently side by side back to the car they packed all the bags into the boot of the car and got in the car chas hadn’t said anything and carl was getting abit worried about her he just started to drive home, he was about half an hour away from emmerdale village and he pulled over in a lay-by and he got out the car and walked around to the passenger side where chas was sat he opened the door and told her to get out, she just got out without saying anything, there was a bench in the lay-by and carl lend chas to it where he sat down next to her and put his arms around her and held her tightly while she just rested her head on him silently, chas come on tell me whats wrong I though we was going to do things together from now on and you was really hyper earlier, chas pulled away from carl so she could look him in the eyes carl there is only two things on this earth that I want I already have one and that’s you the other is to have a kid with you carl and I no you don’t want that so it was a stupid idea, carl let go of chas and got up and walked to the car, carl I am sorry I love you where you going chas shouted to carl, well I don’t know about you chas but if we are going to try for a baby I don’t want to be outside in the freezing cold so are you coming home with me cos I cant make a baby on my own can I, carl smiled at chas and she jumped in the car and carl speed away back to the house.

a small lexi and miles bit to add it should off been with the last bit but here it is
Lexi was typing away at the computer when miles plugged it hey what do you think your doin lexi snapped at him, we need to talk lexi don’t worry about your work I will do it for you, ye you best do miles cos I hadn’t saved any of that, ye wel lets just get to the point shall we why did you go this morning without telling me or waking me I thought you enjoyed yourself last night, ye well I did but I was still upset and matthew rang me and wanted me back sorry can I get back to my work now, so was that it a one night stand on the rebound from carl is that all I was lexi well thanks alone, miles stormed out off the office and started working down the road, miles miles wait it wasn’t like that just listen to me will you, lexi shouted trying to run after him. Lexi caught up with him and grabbed him but miles just shrugged her off and carried on walking, miles please listen to me I need you please miles, lexi cried to him but he wouldn’t listen he just carried on walking with lexi running after him.

i have skipped on abit in the story hope you like it thanks for all the comments
Carl walked into work and miles was sat at his desk with lexi on his knee talking to each other they had made up after there little fall out, carl just glance over at them and looked the other way to where Donald was stood reading through stuff. Someone’s jealous lexi whispered to miles who gave her a big snog just to rub it in carls face, carl saw and he walked through into the other room to put the kettle on, will you to give it a rest and do some work or I want bother paying you this week Donald shouted at miles and lexi who both jumped and walked separate ways to do some work, Donald walked through to where carl was, his phone started bleeping he picked it up and he had a text from chas it said “carl come home quick please love you chas xx” carl put his phone in his pocket put down his tea and while running to get his coat he shouted sorry Donald but I have go to go home its and emergency, Donald turned around to say something to him but the door slammed shut.
Carl arrive home and he saw chas sat on the sofa crying, he dropped his coat at the door which was left open and rang over to chas, chas chas whats wrong are you ok whats happened, chas looked up with the biggest smile on her face as tears poured down her eyes, its guna happen carl, carl grabbed hold of chas hands and looked puzzled what is chas you’ve lost me, I’m I’m pregnant carl were going t have a baby, carl didn’t no what to do a tear trickled down his face. A minute or two later it had sank in and carl broke the silence I love you so much chas and I cant wait I cant believe we’re going to have a baby, shaking he stood up and and picked chas up and spun her round, ok ok carl put me down, carl and chas were so happy they stood there hugging each other and crying for agers.
Carl felt and vibrating in his pocket and broke away from chas, who is it she said to him, its scarlet asking how I am cos she ant seen me for a while can I tell her chas can I tell her she is going to be an auntie

No carl don’t text her telling her, Why not don’t you want her to no, No I do just invite her over we can tell her to her face then we might as well invite her for dinner , Ok then but I am cooking ye, Awww no we’re all guna get food poising, Hahaha funny carl said glancing up from his phone to smile at chas, he sent scarlet a text sayin “scarlet how bout u cum over for dinner with me and chas get av sum good news to tel ya” carl put his phone down on the table and gave chas another hug, I cant believe that we are going to have a baby together I just hope I am I better dad than I was with the other to, carl you are a great dad and its there loss I hope you can help me to be a good mum I didn’t have that chance with aaron, carl smiled and chas and said we will be great just the two of us.
Scarlet was doing matt and jimmy’s head in playing on the computer games and they was getting angry with her, matt was just about to say something to her when her phone rang and she stopped to look at the text, is it your boyfriend matt asked, haha in less your little brother is now my boyfriend then ye it is Matthew, what does he want matt said getting angry give me your phone scarlet, no that’s my phone scarlet said picking her coat up off the chair and going to walk out the office, scarlet where you going jimmy called, carls invited me over for dinner, your not going matt said angry, matt leave it come on scarlet I will drop you off there I want to see him, your not going to upset him are you, of course I want scarlet he is my baby brother and some of use love him, jimmy said giving matt an evil look, jimmy followed scarlet out of the office and over to carls house.
Matt stood at the window watching them. Scarlet knocked on there door with jimmy stood behind her, chas opened the door hey scarlet carl didn’t think you was coming, o yes I am here so whats the good news, good news what good news jimmy said looking puzzled, you two best come in the me and carl have got something to tell you, are you sure he is ok with me coming in, I don’t know jimmy just come in and we will see. Carl was sat on the sofa playing with his phone wait for scarlet to reply to him. Hey carl scarlet said to which carl jumped you’re here I didn’t hear you come in, chas let us in, glad you could come. Chas walked through the door followed by jimmy, carls face dropped all his happiness drained out of him.

Carl turned round and walked out off the back door, Carl where you going Chas and scarlet shouting after him, ladies leave us two for a bit ye I need to talk to him, jimmy don’t do anything stupid will you scarlet said slightly scared, jimmy ran out of the door after Carl. Come on scarlet help me make soon tea will you please, ok so Chas what’s the good news or do I have to wait for Carl, well I would love to tell you Chas said passing scarlet a bag of frozen chips, but I think Carl should be here when we tell you I am sure then want be long out there, scarlet smiled and her and Chas made tea.
Carl was stood outside the back door, when jimmy walked out he nearly knocked him flying, o there you are jimmy said putting his arm on carls shoulder, get off me will you jimmy, come on Carl you no it wasn’t be that stole your ideas it was matt and lexi why you still holding the grudge on me I had nothing to do with it Carl, Carl turned round to face jimmy, I don’t need any of this I don’t need any of you either you all you two do is cause problems for me and I don’t need not when I am going to be a dad I don’t want to put my child through any of it, Carl realized what he had just said and he turn round and put his hands on his head, jimmy stood there in shock, your going to be a dad, Carl turned around and said ye, aww congratulations Carl aww that’s great news, ye it is Carl said, come on Carl smile our going to be a daddy, how can I smile jimmy when I have you and matt at me all the time I only went to de souzes to get away from that and I don’t want to be bring my kid up with me fighting with us uncles all the time, Carl you no I am so sorry and I will do anything to make it up to you you’re my little baby brother I couldn’t live without and I want to be part of this babies live if that’s ok with you and Chas, carl smiled aww thanks jimmy of course you can be part of there live you they uncle and you don’t have any making up to do its just me letting things get to me, jimmy smiled and put his arms out to which carl ran into them like a little kid and hugged him, aww I have missed this jimmy said to which carl pulled away and smiled and that is the last one you will get for a while, the both laughed.
Carl followed jimmy through the door and back into the house where Chas and scarlet where dishing the tea out are you staying for tea with us jimmy, scarlet asked excitably, of course he is carl said before jimmy could answer, you two made up quick didn’t you, well I had to didn’t I cos, before jimmy could say anything else carl buttered in scarlet me and Chas have got something to tell you, jimmy realized that they hadn’t told scarlet and he shut up, jimmy go to shop and get some champagne here’s £50 don’t spend it all at once will you, this is a first getting money from my little brother.
Jimmy was at the shop getting champagne and carl Chas and scarlet all sat down at the table, well what is it then what’s the news, well your are going to me an auntie scarlet Chas said, really scarlet said in shock, ye me and Chas are having a baby carl said, yayayaya scarlet screamed jumping up I’m going to be an auntie I cant wait, carl lent over and gave Chas a kiss they was so happy.
Jimmy was walking back from the shop with the champagne in his hand and matt spotted him, he dashed over for his coat to follow jimmy. Jimmy walked through the door with the champagne, I guess who told her then, haha ye how did you guess jimmy Carl said as he took the bottle off jimmy to open. Matt was walking across the road to dale view ……………

Matthew stood at the gate and looked to the door you could see the anger on his face he took a deep breath and walked towards the door.
Inside carl was pouring the champagne out, can I have a little bit please carl, carl glances to jimmy for an answer and the smile on jimmy’s face gave him the answer and he poured her a glass of champagne out, Chas do you want some or don’t, of course I do carl one glass want harm the baby, they all smiled and sat down at the table to eat the tea.
There was a knocking at the door, I will answer it, carl said jumping up from his seat, carl walked to the front door to answer it when his phone started ringing, Chas come and get my phone will you please, Chas took the phone from carl and went upstairs with it to answer it. Carl opened the door and matt barged in and walked straight through to the living room where jimmy and scarlet was, carl went through after him not saying anything just stood behind him, what we celebrating then being a family are you three playing happy families well why didn’t you invite me over to join you, come on matt he’s are brother, I don’t care who he is he went behind are backs and then stabbed us in are backs and he went to join the enemy, matt it’s a job for crying out aloud, matt picked up the bottle on champagne and drank the last drop in it, don’t save any for me, matt said angrily, he got the bottle in his hand like a bat, matt what are you doing, this jimmy, and with that matt swung round with the bottle and hit carl in the face with it, carl went flying backwards and hit the walk which he slid down unconscious with blood pouring from his head, scarlet screamed and jumped of her seat, Chas heard this and wondered what was going on. Jimmy grabbed matt but matt broke free and started hitting Carl, jimmy stop him please he’s really hurt, jimmy grabbed matt round the throat and dragged him away from Carl.
Chas was on the phone, lexi I am going to have to go something’s going on down stairs, ok I will ring you later Chas. Chas ran down stairs with her phone in her hand, jimmy had pushing matt out the door, jimmy what’s happened, Chas call an ambulance for carl quick, jimmy slammed the door behind him, to which matt stand banging on, Chas ran through the door to the where carl landed with blood pouring from him face and mouth, she dialled 999 and asked for an ambulance, jimmy bent down beside carl and put his hand on his head, Chas took his hand and held tightly to it, scarlet was at the other side of the door bend down lending on the wall crying. Jimmy took Chas handed and he burst into tears, jimmy is he going to he ok I cant lose him, jimmy looked down at his little brother he was laid on the floor surrounded with glass, his head was covering in cuts and the had banged his head when he fell which was bleeding from the back, his arm was bend underneath him and matt had kicked him in the chest a few times, jimmy turned back to Chas and said Chas he is a fighter he will fight for you and the baby I promise you he will.
